Who decides your application
Immigration New Zealand makes all NZeTA decisions. Using a private service does not influence approval, processing time or entry permission.
Applying directly
Using GET2NZ is optional. You can submit an NZeTA request yourself through the official Immigration New Zealand website or NZeTA app.
Fees
Government charges and any applicable International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL) are separate from private service fees. Any service fee must be shown before payment. See Immigration New Zealand’s current government fees.
